In Greater Dayton, Ohio, in the heart of the Miami Valley, where the Wright Brothers
perfected the first home-built airplane, ten chapters of the Experimental Aircraft
Association (EAA) enjoy the pleasure, excitement and camaraderie that goes with having
 fun with airplanes. With 108 regular monthly meetings each year plus fly-ins, cook-outs,
 fly-outs, Young Eagle flights and rallies, airplane building seminars, and a variety of
special events, there's always some kind of aviation event happening around the
Dayton area.  If you aren't already, you can be a part of the fun.

This website has two purposes
 The first is keep the members of the Greater Dayton EAA Chapters in the know about what each
other is doing. This website  is a shared resource and the notices, articles, and rosters, and pictures
in it come from the members of these EAA Chapters. Together, they contain a broad range of
recreational aviation experience. We are all close to each other so plan to visit another Chapter,
join them at a fly-in, or get some help on your home building project.
Let's all get to know each other better.

If you live in the Dayton, Ohio, area and are not in one of our Chapters, or in EAA, we'd like you to
join us. Aviation is enjoyed  most when the experience is shared. If you are an aviation enthusiast
of any kind - pilot, airplane owner, airplane builder,  like aviation history, like being around airplanes
and airplane people, or are just plain curious about airplanes, one of our chapters will have
something to offer you.
